Srinagar, Dec 17 (KNO): Jammu and Kashmir Ball Badminton Association successfully concluded J&K UT Level Ball Badminton championship under ‘My Youth My Pride’ initiative of J&K Sports Council. The championship was held at Gindun Sports Stadium (Rajbagh) Srinagar from December 16-17, 2022.
As per a statement issued to the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO), 35 teams took part in the competition with overwhelming participation of 365 players from different districts, schools, colleges, institutions and clubs of J&K.
Manzoor Ah Bhat, Media & IT Head BJP J&K, was the Chief Guest while Tariq Yaqoob Bakshi (Social Activist) was the Guest of Honour. Arslaan Lone (Social Activist), Mushtaq Ahmad Zargar (Manager Bakshi Stadium Srinagar) and Shafqat Shafi (Manager Down town Stadiums Srinagar) were the Guests of Honour.
The guests later distributed the trophies among the winner and runner up teams at (Rajbagh) Srinagar—(KNO)
